We are the Buyer\'s Consultant and Authorized Mandate who
is ready and willing to buy the Mazut M100 for him based on the
following Specification and Price Terms as mentioned. We
hereby express intentions to purchase the following products
as per the terms and conditions stated herein:
Origin: Russia, CIS, or Non-embargoed countries.
Quality: Standard Export Specification.
Quantity:100,000 MT per Month for 1 Year, with possible
roll and Extension.
Shipment Size:40,000-50,000MT each shipment.
Port of Discharge: China or Any World\'s Safe Port(AWSP)
Delivery Term: CIF China, or Any World\'s Safe port
Price: Best Seller\'s Offer
Discount: Gross Discount $12 Per MT/Net to Buyer $10/
Commissions $2 Per MT for Buyer/Seller Side based on 50-50
or Seller\'s best Offer.
Lifting: First lifting will be 20 days upon receipt of
Letter of Credit.
Payment: By irrevocable, Confirmed, Divisible, Revolving
Letter of Credit, to Covering one Month of Shipment.
P/Bond: Seller will provide a %2- Performance Bound.
Validity: Five(5)days from the current date.
Inspection: By a reputable independent surveyor, such as SGS,
or Saybolt, at the port of loading. The cost of inspection at
port of loading is to the account of the Seller.
Procedures:
1- Buyer or its representative issues an LOI.
2- Seller will issue FCO, the Buyer issue its ICPO completes
with its banking details, and BCL.
3- A Sale and Purchase Agreement shall be forwarded to the
Buyer for execution. Contract execution between the End-
Seller and the End-Buyer.
4- Buyer issues a Pre-Advise on LC opening.
5- Seller will provide Proof of Product.
5- Buyer will issue a non-operative LC and the LC will be
operative once the Seller Provide/issue a %2 Performance Bound.
6- Delivery Commence as per Contract.
We trust that the above Procedures, Terms and Condition will
meet the Buyer\'s requirement and we look forward for your
kind response on this matter. In order to proceed further,
please send me the Seller\'s FCO as soon as possible.
