We are looking to import Safety Shoes
Description of footwear:
The footwear are made of waterproof black face leather,
of thickness 1,6-1,8 mm and they should be susceptible of
honing.
1. Upper description
The upper is uniformly with tongue without seam. Internally
on the toes, is placed a toecap reinforcement (not steel).
The two side pieces of the heel on the top part are stitched
with their alongside, each one correspondingly and on the
back part between them where it is stitched from the top an
additional piece of width 2 cm. The sidelong part of the heel
is stitched with double stitch on the upper. The free edge of
the tongue is stitched with the lining and is not turned.
2. Lining description
The upper is made of cotton duck fabric where it is stitched
on the upper part at the point of instep with the tongue which
is made of goat leather leaf, and at the side is stitched with
the heel.
The insole is also made of goat leather and covers the
complete sole.
3. Last description
The last that will be used for making the footwear size no.41
will have length 27 cm and thickness perimetrically of the
bones at the point of the last eyelet 32,2 cm.
4. Insole description
The insole should be made of carton-paper (texon).
5. Sole description
The sole has black color, is one piece with the heel made
of thermo-rubber material tr type, while perimetrically of the
sole, there is a welt with double stitch of waterproof thread
The external sole with the welt should be 2,5 cm, while the heel with
the welt should be 4 cm.
The sole should have deep anti-slip serrations special for
professional use.
6. Examination resistances requirements that the shoe must
cover shall be provided upon contact.
