3.Loading/Discharging ports: Taizhou / Umm Qasr(Iraq)
4.Loading/Discharging rates: 5000 Mt PWWD hexeiu/1500 Mt

6.Port dues: Loading port on owners and discharging port
on charterer account
7.Demourrage/Dispatch : will be agreed.
8. Any vessel charges such as tax, technical problems flag
and safety should be on the owners.
9. Any taxes on cargo should be on charterers.
10.Any requirements on both sides demanded by master
should be on owners.
11.Payment terms : 10% on signing the contract , 40% before
start loading, 50% before discharging
12.Ttl 2.5%
