Dear Sirs,
We are a registered Sudanese company that deals in imports
of equipment and supplies for development projects and
exports of agricultural and livestock products to
Middle East and Western Europe. We usually compete with
other local companies in government tenders that are
either financed locally or through bilateral loan
agreements. We got your address from the Internet.
The Stores Department GB-Sudan will soon advertise for
the supply of 8700 bales of jute sacks and 1.200 bales of
Hessian cloth 40\'\' and 895 bales of Hessian cloth 30\'\' and
8.774 bales of cotton packs 3 lbs and 8.000 bales of grain
sacks 2.25 lbs .
If you are interested in this tender and you are sure that
you will be able to produce this quantity please let us
know so that we will send you the technical specifications
and terms of contract as soon as they are ready.
Please note that the tender will be open to all local
companies that are interested to bid and therefore we
are expecting a tough competition. Below is an unofficial
advertisement of the tender that would be amended in a
few days time. From our previous experience we came to
know that the earlier you start the better. A complete
offer from you would include: Your product technical
specifications that would be the same as or better than the
client’s technical specifications, The unit price, total
price (C&F), , and Total value (C&F) port Sudan. You must
specify the time of delivery, the agreed terms of payment.
Sometimes the client may require the supplier to send a
sample for inspection before opening the bids.
From our side we will do all local procedures and pay
all the local charges and the security bond.
