Greetings
What follows is exactly what I am looking for and some
questions I have for you.
I would like to be able to send a design and artwork and receive
Finished sheet sets (king, queen, full and twin), packaged and
labeled. My vision is to have woven or printed care labels sewn
into the sheets...a buttoned bag to hold each sheet set sewn from
the same fabric as the sheets....and a cloth patch sewn on the
front of the bag with my business name and sheet size etc.
Regarding thread count...I was hoping for 330 in a percale-type
weave. Is this possible for you to produce? If not, how close
can you come to this?
It is important to me that these sheets be certified organic.
Do you have certification? If so, by whom are you certified?
Please tell me about your cotton and your dying certification.
Additionally, I would like to do business with a fair trade
company. Are you a fair trade company? If we begin a business
relationship, I would like to receive information about how and
where the cotton is grown and how and who turns it into woven
and dyed sheets. My customers will want to know.
For shipping, I would like the sheet sets placed in polyethylene
wrap to ensure that they will not be contaminated in transit.
I would like to begin with a two color design that has high dye
coverage. What is your minimum for flat screen printing?
What is your minimum for rotary screen printing? What would
your charge be? I want to start with a simple design and a
minimum order to see how we work together. Can you
give me a timeline for such a project? For example, I would give
you my design on day one.....you would send me a strike off on
day ...?... I could have finished sheets via air by such day and by
boat by which day?
One of my greatest concerns is that of timeliness. It is very
important to me that the project is on schedule. I am open to
delays, but need immediate communication telling me that the
plans have changed and what to expect next. Companies who
promise something but do not deliver, and who do not communicate
about their lack of follow through, lose my confidence. Hence,
I prefer a realistic timeline that is followed, to one that offers
miracles but does not follow through.
Do you have an contracts with any businesses in the United States
who I might call for references?
