Description :

Require Quantity: 60 Metric Tons
Tool joint compound grease made with 50% zinc suitable
for rotary shouldered connections on drill pipes and collars,
Flash point (400-425) F degree, ASTM penetration should be
not less than 290, sulphur 0. 3% max, grease to be used in
temperature between (-10 C degree to 150 degree C), Free
from lead
Remarks:
1-Packing: in metallic drum capacity (25-50) KG net weight,
suitable for transporting and storing
2-Duration of storage: grease must be storage for two years
min, without changing in physical and chemical properties and
keeps its effectiveness, temperature storage between
(-10 to 50) C degree
3-Clear marking of drums with basic data name of (product,
weight, company, date of production or filling and other data
required) for the above mentioned.
4-Analysis certificate from neutral lab showing its properties
(physical and chemical properties with shipment.
