Soft Offer to Buy -ICPO/LOI-
We are an Import and Export Company, hereby as
Buyers Agent state that the Buyer is ready, willing, and
able to purchase the following commodity as per the
specification and in the quantity and the price as specified
in the terms and conditions as stated below:
Commodity: RBD Palm Oil -Refined - palmitic-
Origin: Nigeria or Malaysia
Quantity: Minimum order - 2,000 MT per shipment,
Maximum order - 20,000 MT per shipment
Date of First Delivery: By agreement in Contract
Delivery Method: Bulk by vessel, ship to tank
Price: 428.00 USD per Metric Ton,
CIF Istanbul/Oslo -African-
468.00 USD per Metric Ton,
CIF Istanbul/Oslo -Malaysia/Indonesia
Fixed Price for one year
Payment: Irrevocable, Transferable, Documentary Letter of
Credit, Fully Funded for monthly shipment on sight upon
presentation of documents as per contract acceptable to Sellers
bank Performance Bond: Seller provides 2 % performance
bond of L/C value Inspection: The quality and Quantity of
Goods will be confirmed for each shipment on a certificate
issued by the SGS at discharge port at Sellers account
which shall be binding on both parties in all respects,

One set of the following documents consisting of 3 originals
and 3 non negotiable copies:
1. Commercial Invoices -Three folds Original and Three copies-.
2. Ocean Bill Of Lading marked -Freight Prepaid - and Clean
on Board issued to order of SELLER, consigned to BUYER.
3. Certificate of Weight and Quality, issued by SGS at
discharge Port.
4. Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Commerce of
the Country of Origin.
5. Packing List showing gross / net weight and the number
of Ocean Bill Of Lading.
6. 2 copies of Freight Insurance for 100 Percent of CIF –
Invoice value, covering all risks
