Linear motion guides (Rails)
Guide way bearings, so-called LM guides, are applied to reduce the factor
of friction in the feed drive systems of machines. 55-th and 65-th size
guide way bearings with lengths from 1500 up to 18000 mm. Installed on
rails carriages should be with the maximal tightness. LM guides
requirement is 100 m.
Linear motion slide unit
Roller linear motion slide units (carriage support bearing) are applied in
linear motion guides in metal-cutting machine tools. The units perceive
the high duties affecting transversely to the plane of motion of effectors
and allow moving them with unlimited travel. The working position of the
units is not limited (vertical, horizontal or inclined in a longitudinal
plane). The requirement is 300 pieces.
Telescopic cover for motion guides – metal)
Serves for protection of the LM guides of machine tools against a shaving,
dust, dirt, etc. The width is from 1000 up to 2500 mm and the length is up
to 18000 mm, made of sheet steel. The protection should be supplied with
roller guides and gasket seating seal. The requirement for telescopic
protection is 70 pieces.
Bellows cover (accordion - nonmetallic)
They are applied to protect motion guides of the machines from emulsions,
dust, dirt, etc. They are manufactured in the form of an accordion of
fabric or polymeric materials. The requirement is 100 pieces.
Ball screw-nut
Ballscrew-nut provides linear motion of the actuator with high accuracy.
The ballscrew-nut is of the 3rd class of accuracy IT-3 (a permissible
deviation 12 microns at length of 300 mm) by diameters Ø 63-125 mm and
length from 1500 up to 8000 mm. The nut should be double with preliminary
tightness. The requirement for ballscrew-nut is 100 pieces a year.
Measuring systems (encoders)
The length is from 1000 up to 18000 mm. Encoders are used to measure
movements working agencies of a machine and can be subdivided into linear
and circular.
Linear transducers are used to measure the linear motions. The measuring
(optical) ruler is installed in the special case. The sensing head moves
in the guides of the case and coagulates to labour body. Circular encoders
are used to measure angular position of a rotating element of a drive: the
screw of a ball screw-nut, a rotary part of a head or a table. The
requirement is 100 pieces.
Cooling systems
Used for the maintenance of stable temperature of oil in the machines. The
requirement is 10 pieces of each type.
