Contract 1
We are interested in purchasing cotton (or a cotton mixture)
V-neck or round t-shirts (GSM about 220) girls aged 11 to 16.
boys aged 8 to 14. Also T-shirts for medium and large men.
For each contract wee normally purchase 200,000 units of
each color and extend the order at a later date to all sizes.
We offer a bonus $1 above the quoted price for v-neck as
opposed to round neck t-shirts which we also purchase.
To qualify for this contract we expect to receive at least
5 to 8 samples in the target sizes. They can be the same
Product in the same but preferably different colors. This
applies with all 4 contracts We generally order what we see
and seldom less than 40 to 220 different products from the same
supplier. We prefer single color up market polo shirts. in single
colors -pastel colors but can also be patterns. The GSM should be
about 300 GSM also in cotton or cotton mix. We are prepared
to pay up to $3.50 per unit for high quality children summer t-shirts.
Contract 2
We order Polo’s shirts in batches of 300,000 units are target age is
girls 11 to 16 without sleeves (blouse type) and boys aged 8 to 14.
Also polo shirts for medium and large men Too.
Qualify for the polo shirts contact we expect 5-8 samples in single
colors with high GSM above 280 GSM.. We are prepared to pay up
to $7.50 for high quality children\'s polo shirts.
Contract 3
Same as contract 1 but winter weight, long sleeve t-shirt. Higher 300 GSM.
To qualify 5 to 10 samples are required which can be the same products
in the same but preferably different colors. Target size is boys aged
8 to 14 and girls aged 11 to16. We are prepared to pay up to $12.50
for high quality winter weight t-shirts.
Contract 4
Same as contract 2 but long sleeves (GSM above 300GSM). To qualify
5 to 8samples are required which can be the same product but in
the same but preferably different colors. Delivery at rate of output
of suppliers.. We are prepared to pay up to $15 for high quality
winter weight polo shirts.
This is a open contract aimed at new suppliers. All suppliers who
send us acceptable samples per the specifications of the contracts
will more than likely get large on going contracts. Similar contracts
exist for medium and large men. We order only those samples in
as many different colours as they come that we receive for evaluation.
We are not very fussy about the material which can be a mixture
and also patterned.

We are major distributors of Underwear for girls aged 12 to 16 and
especially boys aged 8 to 13. This includes cotton briefs (bikini style
for children), training bras and sleeveless vests. We are prepared to
pay up to $30 per dozen. We sell underwear by the dozen and vests
individually(if exceptionally high quality but generally by the dozen).
We normally buy in batches of 200,000 units (20,000 dozen) at the
rate of output of the manufacturing plant. Please send us physical
samples of your product line in the target sizes by the dozen.
We currently have an open contract for new suppliers. All suppliers
who send us samples by the dozen at their own expense will get
a ongoing contract if the product range is appropriate.. We use
British European sizes which are one size larger than for the same
age kids in India and China. We seldom order less than 20,000 dozen
of each colour but accept partial delivery and can vary our order to
the capacity of the plant. We order only what we physically receive
as evaluation samples. Please send at least 3 of each product in
as many colors as they come in the target sizes.
