We are one of the producers and dealers in the forage & silage
sector for livestock feeding industry in the Middle-East and
Africa , our facilities are located in Egypt .
In the course of developing our facilities and business , we are
planning a phased development program for acquiring additional
system – complete forage production line – with the concepts
and general term listed in the attached “Program Concepts &
General Terms Sheet” .
Solution(s) are required in the form of quotation(s) , including ;
General layout and processes flow chart including description of
alternates and or options for recommended resources .
Recommended Techniques .
General Technical specification of each alternate or option .
New technologies involvement ( if any ) , and related objectives
and or benefits ( productivity ,supportability and or economically ….etc. )

including available options and alternates .

including ; spare parts , consumables , installation , test and acceptance,
technical assistance , soft running operations , preproduction , and

possible , including financing and crediting possibilities .
All related information and data necessary for preliminary
economical and technical assessment and evaluation .

Program Concepts & General Terms Sheet
Product ( Output ) : High Quality Animal feed- Dried
Forage( Complete Feed ) of moisture content ranging from 2.5% to 18% .
Product ( 0utput ) physical form ( may be , and according to the
processing techniques ) :
Blocks
Cubes
Pellets
Crumbles
Mash / meal
Scratch
Wafers
In packs ranging from 10 kg to 50 kg according to product .
Expected Main Carriers and or Main Ingredients
( Input ) - of moisture content ranging from 80% to 90%

Byproducts and or Pomace ( Extracts of concentrates industry ; Tomato ,

Possibility of measurably added value supplements or
preservatives in solid , liquid or gas forms , organic or
non organic materials or substances in different forms at
the proper production stage , may include sulphuring .
Processing equipments and Techniques :
Receiving , pre-processing treatments ,and storing
Inbound & Outbound movements and accessories
( Conveyors – Trolleys – trays …etc.)
Processing including ; Cleaning – Cutting – dehydrating
including pre and post treatments – weighing – mixing – forming
Packaging
Standard & Specifications conformity with the manufacturer national
and international requirements and warranties
Lab for main parameters analysis of input ingredients and output products .
Production Output Rates :
Dry products output requirements are ranging from 50
to 100 metric tones per day according to products nature.
Potential for other products ( Human) :
Possibilities of producing dried food , fruits , vegetables ,
and herbs for human consumption from the same facility ,
by adjustments and or by slight or partial modifications
to the production line .
Used equipments can be accepted for economical
reasons, if no compromises for the processing qualities .
