Wish to buy Small Quantities Embroidered Halters Tops and Dress

I am looking to work with a small apparel projects manufacturer
designer. Willing to work on small orders. The designs which
I am after are simple halter tie neck tops and halter sun dress,
simple wide leg pant, wrap pants and skirt. I would like these
designs in imitation silk, satin with embroidery trims Embroidered
sections or trims. Some halter sun dress designs will need to
supplied in stretch fabrics. I am happy to work with you and
send pictures of designs and fabrics. Initially I would require
samples of your product and am happy to pay for sample
and the postage.
We should be able to communicate and co-operate clearly with
each other. If you feel you would be able to work with me I
would like quotation on your pricing and your ideas. Should
