We are planning an assembly unit in Cyprus for our Fire
Fighting products and some metal parts will be produced
by others, abroad.

We would like to know first, if your company is able and
willing to manufacture for us the following parts (please find
also pictures attached)

All Dimensions are approximate.

Total order: Approximately 5.000 pcs per item, per year

1. Metal Tube, material: SS, color: natural
a. Approximate Dimensions:
i. Thickness: 2 mm
ii. Length: 110 mm
iii. Diameter: 80 mm

2. Outlet Nozzle assembly:
a. Material: SS, (nozzle basis pressed on nozzle with holes)
b. Nozzle neck SS
c. Total max. length: 90 mm
d. Total max. Diameter: 90 mm
e. All as per attached pictures

3. Metal mesh, material: SS,
a. Approximate Dimensions:
i. Thickness: 0.5 mm
ii. Holes quadratic: 1.5 X 1.5 mm
iii. Diameter: 75 mm
