Dear Sirs,
Here I give more details and the drawings about aluminium
profiles we need:
1. Alloy no and temper : 6063 T5-6;
2. Lengths of : 6, 6,3 and 6,4 meters. So: containers of 40-45 feets;
3. The package: spiral plastic on carton boxes of 30 X 15 if possible;
4. Price : CIF Madrid, Spain;
5. Treatment on the surface: Mill finish;
6. Estimated initial qty : 1 container every two months;
7. Supplying : regular supply;
8. Payment terms : L/C at sight;
9. Shipment : constant shipments;
10. Expected shipment date : no indication.
Interested to know if you can provide him some of these
standard profiles:
Note: The corners of the profiles are square angle.
a) squares:
1) of 20 mm with thickness of 1,1 mm; 2) of 30 mm with thickness
of 1,2 mm; 3) of 30 mm with thickness of 2 mm; 4) of 39,6 mm
with thickness of 1,8 mm; 5) of 40 mm with thickness of 1,15 mm;
6) of 40 mm with thickness of 1,3 mm; 7) of 40 mm with thickness
of 2 mm: 176 tn per annum; 8) of 50 mm with thickness of 1,036 mm;
9) of 60 mm with thickness of 1,3 mm; 10) of 80 mm with thickness
of 1,4 mm; 11) of 100 mm with thickness of 1,4 mm.
b) round tube: 1) of 32 mm with thickness of 1,8 mm.
c) Rectangles:
1) of 30 mm X 3 mm with thickness of 3 mm; 2) of 85 mm X 3 mm

e) non regular singles angles:
1) of 35 X 15 mm with thickness of 1,2 mm; 2) of 37 X 9,5 mm

3) of 40 X 20 mm with thickness of 1,2 mm 59 tn per annum.
4) of 50 X 9,5 mm with thickness of 2,5 mm;
5) of 50 X 25 mm with thickness of 1,2 mm; 6) of 60 X 20 mm
with thickness of 1,8 mm;
7) of 60 X 40 mm with thickness of 1,3 mm; 8) of 70 X 40 mm
with thickness of 1,3 mm.
Only need a profile with rounded corner:1) of 80 mm X 40 mm
with thickness of 2 mm.
Total volume per annum for this profiles: 800 tn. Afterwards we can
also work on other profiles.
