Sub: Request for quotation ~ Polypropylene Sacks & 3 Ply
Paper Bags
Dear Sir,
1.Please be informed that we intend to purchase these sacks from
your company, therefore, you are requested to please send us your
offer as per attached specifications.
2. Your offer should cover following aspects.
a. Price = C&F Karachi (by sea) Delivery =within 30 days
j. Our per month requirement is one million each types of sacks which
can be increased / decreased according to our requirement.
k. Printing will be in two colours.
(1) Specifications Of Polypropylene Sacks Target price : USD 0.09/BAG
CIF Karachi for 500,000 Bags per month
a. Tensile Strength CD = 40-42 Lb/15mm MD = 43-45 Lb/15mm
b. Laminated Fabric weight should be 94-gm/m +_ 5%
c. Valve opening = 100 mm.
Size of Sack
Width = 49 cm +_ 1cm
Length= 60 CM +_ 0.5cm
Top Width= 10CM
Bottom Width = 10CM
Sack weight= 77 gm +_ 5%
Perforation = 520 NL / H
Each sack should be suitable to hold 50 kg of Cement.
(2) Specifications of 3 Ply Paper Bags Target price : USD 0.12/BAG
CIF Karachi for 500,000 Bags per month
3 Ply pasted type bag of high grade clupak extensible paper of natural
colour.
Tensile Strength= CD10 13 lb/15 mm
MD14 - 17-lb/15 mm
Weight= (70 - 80 grams) gramage of the paper used in any ply
should not be less than 80 gm/sq.m. With +- 3%
Size of Sack
Valve opening = 100 mm.
Bursting Strength = 58 lb/in2 65lb/in2
Tearing Strength = MD 80 – 90 CD 100 - 110
Moisture Contents = 7 - 8%
Bag size (L*W) = 60 X 49.5 X 10 cm
