Buyer Bank data will be provided, with confirmation of
POF, and Bank Capability Letter, to exchange the Seller
POP via SWIFT Bank to Bank

Seller should provide POP, including the following:
Copy of License to export Russian Ministry of Energy.
Copy of Approval to export Russian Ministry of Justice.
Copy of statement of availability of the product. Russian Refinery
Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product.

End Buyer would provide their Banking Coordinates with
permission for Soft Probe, at the time of contract signing.
