Pack in 1l pet bottles570 EUR.
Pack in 200l or 600l barrels 500 EUR.
Procedures;
Buyer issues LOI
Seller issues FCO + Draft contract
Buyer signs and returns FCO
Seller and Buyer sign contract
Seller shall instruct his bank issue Buyer\'s bank re proof of
product (POP)and 2%PB to be operable upon receipt LC.
Buyers bank opens LC.
Specifications:
The physical test:
1. The product must have its smell and taste, free from rancidity or
any strange taste or smell.
2. The product should be clear, free from foreign matter.
3. The product should be free from any oil or animal fats.
4. The product should be free from any solvents that were
used during extraction
The chemical tests:
1. The specific density (at 20 c) 0.0918-0.923
2. The refractive index (at 40 c) 1.457-1.469
3. Iodine value (WIJS) 110-143
4. The specification value ( mgkoh/gm oil)
5. The unsaponifible matter % 1.8 (max)
6. Perokside value max. 10 ( mequelant/kg oil)
7. The acidity ( ( mg koh )gm oil ) curde oil 4
8. Uncurde oil 0.6
Coloring materials allowed to add:
1. Beta carotene according to the good manufacturing products.
2. Anato according to the good manufacturing products.
3. Curcumine according to the good manufacturing products.
Flavors:
1. Its allowed to add natural flavors or the artificial flavors
that is able to use internationally.
Antioxidant:
1. BHT 200 mg/kg individually
2. BHA
3. Mixture of BHT, BHA 200 mg/kgbut the galate and the galate
should not exceed 100 mg/kg
The assistant for the antu oxidant:
1. Citric acid or sodium according to the good citrate manufacturing
products
2. Licithine according to the good manufacturing products
3. Mixture of ISO propyl citrate 100 mg/kg individually or as a mixture.
4. Monolo glysirine citrate
5. Phosphoric acid
The anti foaming agent:
1. Di methyl poly cyloxine 10 mg/kg individually or as mixture
with idilicon oxide
2. Di methyl cyloxine
Anti crystallization:
1. Oxystearin 1250 mg/kg
Contamination:
1. Volatile matter at 105 c % mass 0.2 max.
2.Un soulubel impurities % mass 0.5 max.
