Description :

We need a compound board that is made up of 2 layers and
then coated:

Top face: 4 mm solid wood (beech, maple, white oak), strips
must be spliced together and glued to the core, standard strip
pattern like laminate floor, strip size discussible in order to optimize
material (normally 20 to 100 mm width and 300 to 1200 mm length);
core: birch or other hardwood 24 mm, wbp, e1 emission, precise
details of core (density, HB, number of plies 17);
top face coating: 5 layers UV lacquer (3 basecoat+2 topcoat).
Board size 2440 x 1220 x 28 mm (24+4)

Also half board is acceptable: 2440 x 610 mm

Quantity: up to 30.000 sqm / year

Perfect quality / surface, no gaps between strips, perfect bonding

Final board must be flat

Payment 100% L/C Not Transferable
