Material: din c50 or bs970 080 m40,
Quantity: 60 pcs.

Material: din c50 or bs970 080 m40,
Quantity: 40 pcs.

Chemical Composition: (DIN C50)
C: 0.47 - 0.55 %,
Mn: 0.60 - 0.90 %,
Si: 0.40 % (Max),
P: 0.035 % (Max.),
S: 0.035 % (Max.),

Notes:
1). Material: DIN C50 or BS970 080 M40.
2). Forging shall be free from defects like cracks, pitting, voids, excessive
scales and any other flaws detriment to quality of finish part.
3). Supplier shall deliver the forging in trimmed, isothermally annealed
to HB 156 -180 and shot blasted condition.
4). Uniformly distributed fine grain structure.
Grain size 5 or finer.
Inclusion shall not be greater than 3.
