Plywood Board
Hard wood plywood board. Approx density 800kg/m3 thickness 6mm
in 5 layers. Glued with urea resin reinforced with melamine.
This product must follow UNE specifications
British Standard B-S 1203

M.R. glued 67 2 water immersion during 3 hours (waterproof).
Formaldehyde emissions limited to 0,12 pg/m3 per million, following
E-1 qualification.

Glued verification will be made according to knife proof, as per
UNE 56705H2 rule.

Approx density 800kg/m3 (EN 323)
Traction resistance 0,85 N/mm2 (EN 319)
Flexion resistance 38 N/mm2 (EN 310)
Elasticity module 2700 N/mm2 (EN 310)
Inflation in water after 24h 28 % (EN 317)
Dimensional stability (length / width) 0.4% (EN 318)
Dimensional stability (thickness) 10% (EN 318)
Superficial traction > 1,2 N/mm2 (EN 311)
Superficial absorption > 150 mm. (both sides) (EN 382-1)
Humidity 7� 3 % (EN 322)
Silica max content 0.05% of its weight (ISO 3340)
Thickness tolerance (without sand down) +-0,2 mm.
A class as per EN 120 rule
Physical-mechanical values must follow European rule EN622-5 Board 2.
