Description :

Initial Molding:
Initial Mold or molds should be made to support the following materials
for future orders using more high-quality metals:
aluminum, steel, bronze, brass, stainless, etc.

Metal for this initial order:
1. Polished Stainless Steel- 3/16 bent rod. Ends rounded and smoothed
2. Zinc or Nickel coated regular steel 1/4 bent rod. Ends rounded and
smoothed prior to bending and zinc coating. Durable and polished
appearance desired.

Colored Metals:
Client would like to see options for colored metals if possible.

Additional Requirement:
Simple rubber caps on both ends of the hook for protection.
Securing Strap:
Dimensions: 1.9L x .4W x .075D
1. Stretch-should firmly stretch length-wise to only approximately
3/16 longer.
2. Reinforcing if molded, the material should be slightly thicker around
each hole to reduce tearing at the hole.
3. Material must be near impervious to sunlight and resist drying,
cracking, and retain its stretch characteristics.

Colored Rubber for Securing Strap:
Client would like to see options for colored rubber straps if possible
