We are looking for Mazut M 100 Classic for Chinese Government.
Only Direct Seller or Seller Mandate pleases reply.

Origin: Any
Destination: China
Buyer: Chinese Government
Payment: RDLC
PB: 2%
Procedure:
1) Seller Issues Soft Offer along with NCNDA/IMFPA.
2) Buyer will issue ICPO with BCL.
3) Seller Issues FCO with Soft POP, Buyer sign and send it back.
4) Seller Issues Draft Contract, both parties sign and sealed
5) Buyer bank issue RWA and in return seller bank issues RWA
6) Buyer\'s Bank Issue POF via MT 799 and seller issues Full POP via MT 799
7) Buyer\'s bank issues non operative RDLC and in return Seller\'s
bank issue 2% PB to activate the RDLC.
8) Shipment starts according to the Shipping schedule as per contract.
9) Procedure repeats on rollover and extensions
We also need for our other Italian buyers D2, 20 million MT
SPOT FOB.
