Dear Sirs/Madam,

your reputed company for providing your products to the Egyptian companies.
Important:
A potential client announced a tender to import:
500 MT Heat Cement 50 % Alumina.
Due date: Feb 11th, to present Two envelops.
Typically the contents are as follows:
Envelop A including:
Tender `s document, signed by participant and stamped.
Form of (14C) agency agreement and Agency registration documents.
Technical offer, complete technical specifications & Tech data sheets.
Duties Free Sample.
5000 USD Unconditional confirmed Bid bond guarantee. LG (text will be
faxed) valid for 3 (4) months.
Copy of monetary deposit for tender fee (to be charged locally)
Reference reports.
Country of origin (means production) and producer name.
Port of shipment to be nominated.
Offer validity 3 (4) months from the technical due date.
Itemized net & gross weight / volume for material / standard package.
In-charged person for questionnaires must be nominated.
Delivery period.
Envelop B including
Bidders whose technical offers & samples are accepted will be invited to
open their priced offers (Envelop B) on new due date to be defined by
client.
Price offer (one original & two copies) for the Supply of 500 MT Heat
Cement 50 % Alumina.
Tech specs stated in envelop A, should be included in envelop B also.
Prices to be stated as follows:
Itemized unit/total price FOB port(s) including seaworthy packaging.
Itemized unit/total CIF or CRF Egyptian seaport including seaworthy
packaging.
Prices are fixed prices & cannot be effected by any increasing in cost
of labor, material, transport or matter
affecting the cost of execution the vendor `s obligations.
Packaging terms.
Approval of the form of unconditional Performance bank guarantee L/G (10%
or 5%) as per annex (text will be faxed)
We are honored to present reputed company willing to participate in this
tender as agent, distributor, representative.

above mentioned conditions or please comment on each item.
