Dear Sirs/Madam
We are looking for a fuel management software and integrated
hardware system, using smart card technology to provide end-users
with web-based access to their fuel purchase information, including
but not limited to:

1. Server software.
To provide a smart card based vehicle and driver authorization solution
and maintaining sales outlet records, with the ability to accept data from
multiple geographically remote terminals linking in to the central server
with GPRS always on connection with the option of synchronizing off-line
transactions, when the terminal is operating during GPRS link
communication failure.

2. Handheld GPRS enable POS terminals
Each terminal at each fuelling outlet should have an internal memory to
store at least 5000 off line transactions. It should have a backup battery,
rechargeable by mains 240v power.

3. Cards and card printing equipment.
Each card is encrypted with a secured key. Only cards that are issued by us
will be \"read\" by the terminal. That is to say also, the terminal is also
pre-installed the encryption key to only read smart cards that are issued by us.

We are a fleet management solution provider that provides tracking
information to customers through its distributors such as ourselves. We
have built a fuel management system into their existing fleet management
framework, and we in Uganda, East African region, would like to procure
a fuel management system that uses smart cards technology to report vehicle
fuel usage information to our clients via a web-based user account interface.

Our system is able to accurately estimate the vehicles odometer, so we can
provide very accurate fuel usage information if we are able to get all fuel
transaction information for vehicles (i.e. time and date of a fuel purchase,
volume in liters, etc).
