We need to buy whole Frozen Chicken with giblets, weight 1600 up 2000
grams approximate.
Packing: Individually packed in a printed polyethylene bag.
Packaging: Wooden crates, plastic or corrugated cartons of 20 kg net
Flesh Color: white with yellow skin.
Mode to preserve food and storage shelf life: 18 months
Deep frozen: at -18 centigrade.

The following illustrative statements should be written in English:
Phrase of frozen chicken
Name and address of the slaughterhouse where preparation took place
Seal the plastic bags with a special stamp to indicate validity for
human consumption.
Country of origin and net weight in international units
Trademark, if any
Phrase keep frozen at -18 centigrade.

Port of Loading: Brazil or Argentina
Destination: Romania
Quantity:
Weekly: 900 Mt in CNT 40 HC Reefer from 26 Metric Tons or your
available quantity
Total Quantity monthly: 3.600 Mt for a period of 12 months
Shipment Schedule :
Delivery schedule first shipment to be effected maximum within 30 35 days
after date of receipt of the Irrevocable Letter of Credit
Price: The price shall be FOB and CIF Romania
Payment: Payment shall be at sight upon negotiations of documents under
an Irrevocable, Documentary Letter of Credit in the United States currency
opened in favor of the Seller to cover 100% value of each shipment by a
World Class Bank
