Dear Sir/Madam,
We want to buy 2,000,000 Tons of Cement, of any kind.
Seller having any specifications, any quality can contact us but the
price should be FOB USD 40 .00 Per Tons.
Price + 1 USD commission middle man total FOB USD 41.00 Per Ton
We are dealing in FOB only and bulk only, and of any origin
Quantity Starts from 12500 -40,000 tons bulk only.
Until finish total quantity 2,000,000 tons
We present our LOI with our stamp and our signature only.
Buyer obligation:
Before we transferable L/C At Sight, we need certificate from actual seller
or miner accept our target price and our payment with actual seller or
miner signature and stamp to show our bank
Our Payment With Miner :
And approval letter/certificate from government that the miner have
the products with government signature and stamp,
After we receive those certificate, we will open transferable L/C at sight.
Seller will pay 2% to the buyer account
(1) If the buyer is not receiving certificate from the port with
signature and stamp approving your products are already in the port
waiting for our ship with these document to (invoice-packing list-certificate of origin) to the buyer
If seller is changing the price and our payment
Seller will not pay 2%
If the buyer receive certificate from your port with signature and
stamp approving your products are already in port waiting for our ship
with these document to (invoice-packing list-certificate of origin) to the buyer
If seller not changing the price and our payment
If the miner accept that we have signed contract with miner not middle man
