Dear Suppliers/Manufacturers,
We would like to cooperate with worldwide suppliers or
Manufacturers of mud circulating and purify system
with following requirement
1. Total effective capacity: 176 m3
2. Qty of Mud tank: 4
3. Maximum. designed treatment capacity of system: 200 m3/h
4. Rated WP of water pipelines: 0.6MPa
5. Rated WP of mud gun pipelines: 4MPa
6. Total power: 510 KW
Following are the specification of main pipelines:
1 Well overflow pipe: DN300 (12\")
2 Connecting pipes of active pit between tanks: DN300 (12\")
3 Connecting pipes for bottom between tanks: DN250 (10\")
4 Suction pipe of mud pump: DN250 (10\")
5 Fresh water pipe: DN80 (3\")
6 All pipes are equipped with pipelines from suction inlet of mud pump to drilling liquid tank pipelines from well overflow pipe to shale shaker\'s inlet pipe; pipelines from make-up pump to wellhead and other such pipelines which connected with solid control equipments. Mud pump suction filter cleaner.
The circulating system should include the following equipment:
mud tank, pill tank, shale shaker, mud cleaner, degasser,
centrifuge, agitator, sand pump, shear pump, make-up pump
mud gun, weight ing hopper, electric equipment and
other safety equipments such as ladders, walkways and guard rails
