Dear Manufacturers,
We are looking for latex insole for combat boots.
Combat boots comply with standard NTMD-0099-A4
for the Colombian Police force.
Details and specs are listed below:
Insole must have:
1. Average density of 0.2 +/- 0, 02 G/CU.CM
2. Hardness shore OO 65 +/- 5
3. Thickness 4.5 +/- 0.5 mm
4. Material: Could be Latex, Biolatex, PU or TR Gel)

Insole has holes for breath ability (transpiration)
Top cover: Fabric (textile). This fabric should be in same color
of insole (black), should possess permeability in order to absorb sweat,
not produce bad odor and avoid (prevent) bacteria growth.
This fabric must be certified by a valid laboratory.
Fabric must comply with:
1. Average thickness: 0, 5 - 0, 6 mm
2. Weight: 180 GR/SQ.MT (minimum)
3. Resistance to traction: 300 Newton
4. Elongation: 50 % (minimum)

Tear resistance (trapezoid method): 25 Newton (minimum)
Friction resistance: 25,600 cycles (minimum)

Initial order will be 30,000 pairs.
