Product Specification: JP54 Aviation Grade Kerosene
Quantity: 4,000,000 BBL per month
Liftable: 1,000,000 BBL
Contract: 12 months plus ext/roll over etc.
CIF: Rotterdam or Houston.
Target Price: $85/$89 per BBL
Procedures
1.Buyer issues CP,
2. Seller issues FCO.
3. Buyer signs and accepts the FCO.
4. Buyer provides Swift BCL viaMT799 or MT199, within one banking day.
5. Buyer provides Swift copy to seller for verification.
6. Seller confirms BCL with bank.
7. Seller provides CI wit DTA and POP and SPA for buyer review.
8. Buyer conducts Dip Test.
9. Payment by MT103, and lift commences.
10. Seller submits to buyer draft contract for extensions.
