I am a businessman based in Panchkula, Haryana and i have a requirement for hollow casted molten brass slush casting which includes appropriate mold making as well the mold should reflect the exact replica of a complex structure with delicate designs for example architectural structure or an animal , my requirement is initially for 10 such castings which will initially reach 100 as business catches on .


I am specifically looking for the following details to be followed :
1 )Slush Casting casting should not be with sand cores or lost wax approach .
2 )2 piece mold approach molds should be joined together to do complete casting, casting pieces should not be welded later .
3 )Casting parts should be thin walled and have smooth surface with some textures .
