REGARDING DISTRIBUTION THROUGHOUT JAPAN

MEGA-WORLD is a national importer of several product lines, including yours,
with divided departments for each product line.  Our customers are department 
stores and chain stores, with branches throughout Japan. Our showrooms are in
Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, Kochi, Okayama, and Sapporo. The head 
office is located in Osaka.  Our latest corporate profile is below, for your kind 
reference.


Clients have commissioned us to research your firm and source your goods, and 
thus I ask that you send (by mail, not email) a catalog of all items that you manufacture,
as well as FOB quotes in CY quantity, manufacturing and delivery times, and payment
terms.  WE HAVE ALREADY INSPECTED YOUR WEBSITE.  If you already have
an agent in Japan, we are NOT interested, and you need not send your materials.


We will contact you soon after we receive your materials BY MAIL OR EMAIL
ONLY, not in FAX, and please, DO NOT FAX QUOTES OR LONG
DESCRIPTIONS OF PRODUCT INFORMATION.  Mail or email your catalogs,
prices, delivery capabilities, and other information.  


Please also be kind enough to send several sample items for quality  check of your
different actual products/lines. We prefer all communication, catalogs, etc., by email,
rather than FAX -  if possible for you.


Please be sure to quote for minimum quantity as well as the quantity for lowest 
possible price for the items selected, but also send a catalog (and standard quote, if 
you have) for your entire line of goods.  Quotes should be based on your sea port 
FOB, IRREV. L/C, YR. FAVOR.
