We seek to locally represent a supplier of base oil in the West African 
sub-region. 
 
 
We are currently talking to a potential purchaser of base oil. Their  
purchase of base oil for last year was 27,500 metric tonnes comprising 
SN 150 (3000 metric tonnes), SN 500 (19,000) and BS 150 
(5,500 metric tonnes). The average shipment per lifting was 4000 metric 
tonnes. Terms of payment is by letter of credit advised by First Class Bank.
