Cannulae I.V. sterile disposable cannulae made from teflon 
incorporating an injection valve cannulae must be luer 
fitting BS 4843 and must incorporate an inner needle and 
fixation wings.  there must be no step between the cannula 
and fixture wings, a luer lock stopcock for closure of the 
cannula end must be included.  A minimum of 50 samples 
are to be submitted for field testing.  Size 14G 
Int. diameter 1.6mm Length 45mm


Qty for one year supply 8000
Qty for three years supply 24000


Please base your quotation on a three year supply basis, 
quoting prices for 2002, 2003 and 2004 and state also 
minimum quantity which can be ordered as
health will not place order in one full consignment.  We 
suggest that you quote CIF Malta for six months supply.


Please reply before closing date of tender and send us 
samples to arrive before closing date of tender, otherwise 
our offer will not be considered by the health department.
