SUBJECT:   Searching for a reliable supplier


Dear Sirs.


We, are known for remodeling bathroom and
house reforming in Nagoya, Japan. We are searching for
the reliable supplier of ceramic tiles in India and would 
like to have a long-term business contract and relationship. 
We have learned your company name and we are very 
much interested in your products. We should be grateful 
if you could send us your catalog or company brochure.
Also if there is any other merchandise 
(ie. Building materials) which you recommend us for 
reforming house or remodeling bathroom, we shall be 
glad if you also send us the catalog of it. So that we 
will be able to confirm and study the qualities of your 
merchandise. If your product is as good as we hope, 
we will like to send you orders. Unfortunately our 
company is not yet big enough to order a container-full 
of tiles at the moment. 
Therefore, we would like to start ordering you from 
1~2 palettes of tiles or something else for every 3 
months time.


In addition, the type of tiles we inquire is:
1. 20 X 30  ‚ or smaller
2. 5 or more kinds of shapes, patterns, or colors.
3. Standard product for sale, something inventory for sale 
(Not order made)
4. Must be durable for using as bathroom tiles
