Requirement: I m looking for a manufacturer of a bag 
suitable to carry food containers which will be heat 
resistant and also be appropriate to print on. 
 
We are interested in the following bags. We would like 
you to send 3 samples of each bag in different polythene s, 
with and without print so that we can test which type of 
polythene would suit our product the best. 
 
Soft Loop x 3 
Tri Handle x 3 
Aperature Handle x 3 
 
The bag needs to have the following features: 
 
Block Bottom 
Gussett Sides 
Colour   tbc 
 
We are aware that costs will be effected by the type of 
polythene used. We would like to see one of the bags as 
a 90 micron HDPE and LDPE bags too. 
 
In regards to other details please see below: 

I want them packed in 1000s (not folded) for the larger 
bags and in 500's for the smaller bags  -  I need to know 
the inner quantity, master quantity, weight and dimensions  

Please could you quote me FOB prices the cheapest way 
please!  I would obviously need samples asap, to make 
sure that the bag is suitable, I will forward my address  
I need to know the best price you can do for me on 
these bags firstly for an order of 300,000 of large bags 
and 150,000 on small bags. I also need to know how your 
pricing scale works so what is the minimum and maximum 
order on bags before the price changes 

As an advertising company we also offer our clients a print
service, so I need to know the price on 1   4 colour print 
and the minimum quantity for print run? 

We would like a minimum run of printed    bags to be 
5,000 bags I look forward to hearing from you

Background: I am writing in regards to a possible long 
term business relationship.  Our company is a solution 
and advertising  packaging company. 
 
We service the restaurant sector with bags for their take-
away food and also work with clients wishing to advertise 
on the bags. Currently the restaurants are using the brown 
kraft paper bag but we at BAM want to introduce a new 
bag for these restaurants and advertisers.
