We have an urgent request to find the 
following: 
Product: Bacteriological Testing Bottles PP 
The bottles must meet the following specifications: 

1)250ml capacity. 
2) Cap size: 53 
3) Wide mouth. 
4) Pet (transparent bottle). Optically clear Pet. Assembled 
with polypropylene, metal twist or valve seal cap 
5) Assembled with foam lined polypropylene cap. 
6) Lid must not be allowed to slip. 
7) ID by lot number. 
8) QC required. 
9)Must fit into present mailing container 
(Height 5”, diameter 3”) Bottles must come with a Label. 
The label is as indicated below and must include the 
following information: 
Sterile do not rinse bottle Sodium Thiosulphate added sender
Quantity:  300 cases, 200 in each case.
