products. Feedstock for a processing agreement direct 
with a refinery - API from 34 to 42 and sulphur no greater 
than 1.8. We require the proof of ownership and the 
independent confirmation that the oil is in the port 
storage facilities before opening the DLC. We require the 
PB to be pre-advised before we open the DLC. Do not 
end any offer with a different draft contract procedure, 
they will be deleted immediately. This is a direct 
purchase 
There are no brokers and we do not pay commissions 
except inmost unusual circumstances. Do not contact
