1. Terms: Irrevocable, revolving, non-transferable, 
confirmed l/c at sight 100%
2. Clear jpeg pictures of inventory loads being quoted
3. Location(s) of inventory, port of shipment
4. Best realistic& competitive CIF pricing and price-breaks
5. Seller opens 3% non-operative performance bond within 7 
working days after signing firm contract. 
L/c will be opened only to direct seller within 7 working 
days after receiving the PB ; the l/c will activate the PB.

LOI will be submitted at once after these basic conditions 
have been met.
