1. Terms: Irrevocable, revolving, non-transferable, 
confirmed L/c at sight 100%
2. Require clear jpeg pictures of inventory loads being 
quoted
3. Port(s) of loading and proof of product
4. Best realistic &competitive CIF major China port, 
pricing and price-breaks
5. After signing contract, the buyer will fax the L/c 
application to the seller, while the seller shall open 
performance bond guarantee at 3% of the L/c value. 
After the confirmation of the seller\'s performance 
guarantee, the buyer will open a non-transferable 100% L/c 
at sight against presentation of the documents L/c in favor 
of the seller.

LOI will be submitted at once after these basic conditions 
can been met.
