main port price needed by ton, a few pictures of 
material and delivery time. 
2) Confirm to you the materials we can buy if price 
acceptable or give you our best bid in return if price is too 
high. This way no lost of time in long and useless negotiation. 
3) Documents needed: 3 original BL\'s, 3 invoices, 1 CCIC 
certificate and a set of minimum 7 loading pictures per 
container.
