Extraction rate - 80% Max
Humidity rate not exceeding 14%.

Ash contain rate 1% Max (Not more)

Gluten rate -28% Min and good quality (Suitable for 
baking Iraqi bread)
The floor shall be suitable for human consumption. 
If commodity is determined to be not suitable for human 
consumption, then the commodity shall be sent back within 
the contract time limits.
The product shall be suitable for baking Iraqi bread.
The flour should not contain any residue or impurities.
The flour should be free from insects and/or their eggs.
The flour should not have any undesired odor.
The flour should not have any added gluten from wheat 
or from other sources.
The flour should not be bleached in any way.
The flour should not contain any residue of iron.
The flour should not have any radiation.
The flour should not have any Aiflatoxin(B1+B2+G1+G2) and
Agrotoxin(A).
The falling number should be 300 seconds minimum.
The flour should not have any Rancidity any Coagulation.
A Minimum of 40% of the flour tested should pass through 
10XX Sifter.
A Minimum of 97% of the flour tested should pass through 
10gg Sifter.
