A portable axle weigher consisting of 2 pads with cordless

This portable axle weigher shall be fully mobile system 
installed and operational within minutes, giving display on 
read out unit, printer record of wheel weights, axle loads 
and total gross weight of the vehicle. The weighing is made 
while the vehicle is in slow motion. The weight bridge 
readout shall be suitable for coupling with a PC for inputting 
of vehicle registration details for data storage and analyses 
and for generation of fines resulting form overloading 
infringements.
