supply of Bitumen plant for manufacturing the following 
three ranges of products.

1.      Bitumen cutbacks
2.      Bitumen Emulsions.
3.      Oxidized bitumen.

The process capacity of the plant may be considered 
around 25 tons per two-hour batch production of any 
of the above products.

This is in connection with our new investment in 
Saudi Arabia, and would like to have your most competitive
