required).
9. Include separate price for packing machinery for packing 
finished product (for Mesh type & pallet type).

10. Provide the requirements of utility consumption to produce 
1Ton of product:
I. Water consumption.
II. Steam consumption.
III. Electricity requirement, connected load and maximum 
demand in KW.
IV. Other raw material (except soybean meal) requirement 
with name and specification.
V. If any other utility required.
11. Land required setup the plant.
12. Manpower requirement to run the plant.
13. Provide spare parts list with price for one year operation.
14. Include the list of the local equipment to be supplied by the
client.
15. Also let us know the warranty period which should be 
at least one year from the date commissioning.
16. Provide us cost of Supervision of erection & 
commissioning of the plant (During erection & commissioning 
period in Bangladesh all cost including food, lodging, 
local transportation & communication will be provided by us. 
The cost of round air tickets and Pocket money of the
technicians will be on suppliers account).
17. Please mention the delivery period & other commercial 
terms and conditions of the plant in your proposal.
18. Kindly provide us the client reference list of your 
company.
19. You are also requested to provide us the catalog of 
your company
by courier to our office address.
20. Estimated freight of your proposed plant upto 
Chittagong port.
