We are looking for the following,

Gasoline engine---aluminum case
15-20 horse power
Engine in slant position
Spare parts must be fully available, this is a must
1-1.1 inch crankshaft shaft
Electric starter/generator.. 
Pull start o/k/in conjunction with the start/generator.
Fitted with a centrifugal clutch
Quantities 100-1,000 annually
Gas tank not needed.
