We are seeking a contract for Russian CPC blend 
(api 47) on a CFR basis to the port of trieste, Italy.

Our buyer is a Europe top 25 company with own 
refineries. BCL\'s are not required and won\'t be 
provided. We will detail buyer after ncnd agreement 
is completed.

We require the seller to provide FCO (on producers 
letterhead - unsanitised). Our buyer will do credit check 
on producer before entering into any contract.

CIF med\" quotation.

Discount: Gross usd5.00/net usd4.00
Commission:50:50 (buyers side closed)

Ship: Must be acceptable to Trieste terminal. 
Must be less than 15 years old, double hull and terminal 
approved.

Payment:30 days after b/L ( bl date = 0)
Inspection:50/50 at load port.
Demurrage: At destination at charter party rate.

Law: UK high court - no arbitration
