I would like a manufacturer to develop the following 
Fabricate a proto-type of a pallet cooler. The refrigerated 
container should be of a very durable material and have an
internal dimension of no less than:
124 cm X 115cm X 200cm
The external  width dimensions must not exceed 125cm nor 
can the height exceed 240 cm.
The refrigeration system needs be we are able to maintain 
temperatures of -17C to 15C. The refrigeration system must 
have a simple electrical connection and run off of 110V 
alternator power of 12V DC battery power.
The pallet cooler must allow for an entire produce pallet 
to be placed inside with a forklift. Once loaded the closed 
and secured box must have lifting slots so a forklift can 
easily move the container.
The controls for setting the temperature must be exceedingly 
easy to understand.
