We urgently need 8.010 million m/tons of ordinary portland cement 
for supply to destinations viz Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, Azerbaijan, 
Astrakhan, Kazakhstan, Dubai And Georgia / Russia. Our final target 
price is $40 per ton on fob basis. The cement should be either Chinese, 
Indonesian, Indian, Mexican or Brazilian. the target FOB price of $40 
shall not be negotiated. Letter of credit from a reputed European bank 
based in Malta shall be issued for the first 2 million m/tons immediately. 
Upon loading of cement, payment shall be released instantly.

be considered as supplier\'s corporate offer under the terms and conditions 
specified in the contract which is ready for signing in Brusssels, Belgium 
immediately before march 10, 2008.
