We are looking for 9.1MW of 220w MONO panels that 
must be TUV certified and manufactured and delivered in 
3 shipments of 3MW by the end of July 2008.

Client has a letter of credit that will confirm the entire amount.  
Deposit and balance % can be negotiated.

CIF Valencia Spain for 4.00USD or less per watt in total.
