I am looking for stainless steel Knife supplier for long term basis.  
The thickness of stainless steel knife is around 0.8mm and the 
grade is 420.  The handle is in black plastics.

The length of knife is from 4\", 5\", 6\", 7\", 8\" and 9\".  This is generally 
known as Kiwi knife.
