Project we need the necktie can be open a 3 x 3 cm hole at the back side 
Of  the  necktie like the attached photos.  Also the Necktie will have 
Different team logos on it. Requirement:
Material: no need to be silk, but material have to be complied with AZO 
Free as European Standard. 
We will have different team logo on it, the logo can be print or embroidery. 
Qty: will be around 100k to 150k in total. 
Packing: we need only lollygag bag is OK because we still need to add
